Garden Birdies

Even Before i became a DT Member for Treasure Box Designs, i wanted to do the Garden Birdies in a Border Layout.  I finally got to put my plan in effect and created a lovely 2 border layout.  I used Garden Birdies and used the Sign from Camping Fun.  I stole Life's a Garden, Dig It, from Joe Dirt lol. But as you can see the layout turned out wonderful, it seems the more and more i do of treasure box designs the more i fall in love with the patterns, they are so easy to do, and even if you get one with alot of parts is worth it in the end, so here it is, Garden Birdies.

Silly Sleepover Layout

I recently worked on Silly Sleepover from Treasure Box Designs, and i have to say i loved doing this layout.  At first it's a little like whoa alot of pieces but it takes no time at all to piece them.  I had so much fun and i think it turned out fantastic, i love making these layouts i am catching up on my Scrapbooking and i think becoming a DT member for Treasure Box Designs has given me that push i needed to enjoy my hobby. 

Sea Babies!! Love this Pattern Set~

I did a two page layout using the Sea Babies Collection from Treasure Box Designs, this file is amazing, there are so many different patterns to choose from!! But i picked my favorite ones and went with it!! I wanted to show the little boy holding the Open Clam to the Girl although this piece took up so much of one page it was worth it!! I love the Little Sea Horse Charm i recently purchased from Ebay, I am getting some Major Scrapbooking Done, Since I have become a DT at Treasure Box Designs and I couldn't be Happier!!!

A New Beginning Layout

I had the chance to work on this file and although I have no Boys, for some reason i had the idea for Green and Yellow, So i did it for a boy.. And it turned out Great!! I flipped some parts for the to make the sitting down bear but it turned out fantastic!!
By the Way The Big Blog Candy Winner has never contacted me, please get to me asap.  I intend on sending out the Paper Pieced Birthday Bears on Friday and hope to send out the Big Blog also..

Baby Shower Favor Boxes Using A New Beginning

I was talking to My Niect today and she was telling me about her aunt's upcoming Baby Shower, and How she thinks the Party Favors look terrible (gotta love kids) Anywho, as i was sitting here today, i wanted to make my first Box Paper Piecing and One of my favorite things to do for a babyshower is make a something that you can put little candies in, so i came up with this.  I used the Pregnant Bear From Treasure Box Designs A new Beginning Collection, the sign is from Camping Fun Treasure Box Designs also, i used the Box from Scrapping Table.  I love how it came out, my Daughter couldn't wait for me to take pictures of it so she can have it.  She instantly stuck a fudge round in it and went and sat down.  Gotta love all the things we can do with Some Paper and Chalk.

Scrambled of Fried Layout

I loved having the Chance to create a Layout with this Pattern, I decided to mix things up a bit though, so what i did was i made 24 fruit loops and made a fruit loop border, i also had the baby in the bowl play peek a boo with a fruit loop.  Fried or Scrambled Pattern does not have a Scrambled Egg pattern, but no worries, By the Sea Pattern has some rock patterns, just cut them out twice, layer them and you have some scrambled eggs.  You can also see some of the pancake is missing and on the fork.  This layout will come in handy, my daugter loves Scrambled Eggs,  and i can't wait to add some pictures to this layout.

A Good Day!!

Today is such a wonderful day, I have officially became a DT member on Treasure Box Designs.  I look forward to working with such great people and files, i do however would like to clear some things up.  I am only  a DT member on Treasure Box Files i was offered a DT position on 2 other SVG sites, but I only accepted Treasure Box Designs's offer.  I look forward to working with such amazing people. 

Scrapbooking can be so hard to do!!

Mission Graduation Present it almost finished, i am so relieved that it will be done by tomorrow.  I was slacking there for a bit i must admit, but it seems i forgot how to regular scrapbook (regular as in no paper piecings lol)  I got some great news today and glad that things are going so well.  I plan on working on the birthday bears to send to judy on monday and hoping to get a address to send out the big blog candy!!

For my Third and Final Post i made another card, this was totally unexpected, i originally intended on doing a layout page, but i seen that the diaper card was a freebie from http://www.scrappingbugdesigns.com/ and i couldn't resist!! So using the pattern for the diaper card, and the bear is a pattern from http://www.scrapsforlife.com/ i created this beautiful card.  It took around 10 minutes and the your invited are stamps i just got today!  So here it is, thanks for looking at my projects i hope it gives you some inspiration!

June 14, 2011                                              My Second Project

My Second Project is a Birthday Card i made for my Niece, even though she is turning 14, she really enjoys my paper piecings, so i decided to make her a card and i love the balloon sticking out over the top! This is such a sweet simple card and the colors look fantastic!  This project took little to no time at all.  The bear is a pattern from http://www.scrapsforlife.com/

June 13, 2011                              My First Project

My First Paper Piecing Project is such a simple craft, it only takes about 5 minutes.  These are bookmarks with Peek a boo, animals at the top. My daughter just loves paper piecing and i find myself fighting her off my latest projects so i made these for her.  I used the Bookmark Pattern form My Scrapchick and the Monkey, Zebra and Giraffe are Patterns from Scraps for Life.  These are a wonderful craft for any child who loves to read, and i have to admit i'm keeping one for myself!!!
